Viognier 2010

70% of the volume is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to highlight the freshness of the wine, and 30% in neutral oak barrels, giving the wine fullness without adding oak flavor. There is cantaloupe, honeysuckle and orange zest on the nose and mouth with a hint of apricot. The mouth is full, fresh and clean. 20% malolactic fermentation. 550 cases produced.

Chardonnay 2010
$21.95/bottle
Our Chardonnay is fermented and aged in French oak barrels. With 30% new oak, the balance of fruit and oak remains the focus. The nose bursts with white flowers, lemon and pear. The wine exhibits white peach, ripe pear and lemon on the mouth with touches of oak and a smooth, creamy finish. 100% malolactic fermentation.

Cabernet Franc 2010

Loreley 2010 'Late Harvest' 50% Viognier, 50% Petit Manseng
$24.95/bottle
This dessert wine is made in the “vin de paille” style. Loosely translated, it is called “straw wine” because the classic method relies on drying clusters of grapes on mats of straw in the sun. Today, straw has been replaced with modern racks and they are dried inside under fans. The blend of 50% Viognier/50% Petit Manseng was fermented and aged in new oak barrels. There is candied fruit, orange peel and flowers on the nose and mouth. The mouth is balanced with bright citrus fruits, toast, and a hint of spice. Pair with cheese or fresh fruit, cheese cake, ice cream, or foie gras. Drink now through 2016. 375mL. 10% residual sugar.

Seven 2009
$29.95/bottle
Named for the 7th chukker in polo ~ like the 19th hole in golf. Made in the traditional Porto style with an American twist. This port wine is made with 100% Merlot and is fortified with brandy, and was aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for 2 years. 500mL. 3% residual sugar. 18% alcohol.  457 cases produced.

Barrel Stave Candle Holder
$45.95
These candle holders are made at the winery from French oak barrels that have been used to age our wines. Place the tea lights in the spaces in the wood, and rest the stave on end to create a striking centerpiece.
