Our current wine selections are listed below. This list is updated as wines are released or sell out. Our wines may be purchased online, at the winery, and at various retailers and restaurants.

Brut 2006
$29.95/bottle
Made in the traditional methode champenoise style. This blanc de blanc has fine, delicate bubbles, a nose of wild strawberries, toasted bread, and hints of lemon. The mouth is round and full with flavors of pear and spiced apples. The finish is smooth and lingering. Serve with lobster, scallops, salmon, foie gras and caviar. 115 cases produced.

Viognier 2008
$23.95/bottle
Our Viognier (vee-on-yay) was fermented and aged 80% stainless steel tanks and 20% oak barrels. There is fresh apricot, peach and leechy fruit on the nose with a hint of anise. The mouth is full and crisp with subtle acacia flower notes. The finish is full and long. 460 cases produced.

Roseland 2008

Chardonnay/Viognier blend. The nose bursts with white peach and apple. The mouth is full, creamy, and smooth with peach and spicy citrus notes. The finish is balanced and long. Perfect to serve with appetizers or to sip before dinner, especially if you are the one in the kitchen! 350 cases produced.

Chardonnay 2008
$19.95/bottle
This wine was fermented and aged in French oak barrels for nine months (1/3 new oak, 2/3 one and two year old barrels). There is lemon grass and honeycomb on the nose. The mouth is round and creamy perfect balance freshness. Baked apple, mango and sandalwood stand out. The finish balanced with lingering flavors of toasted bread. 100% malolactic fermentation. 465 cases produced.

Crose 2008
$16.95/bottle
Done in the traditional Provence style, this 100% varietal Merlot dry rosé. The nose opens with grapefruit and strawberry with hints of pomegranate. The mouth is dry, fresh and round with a tart cherry candy finish. Perfect served chilled as an aperitif or with anything on the grill. Drink now. 270 cases produced.

Merlot 2006

There is plum and black currant on the nose with hints of cranberry, mushroom, tobacco, and leather. On the mouth, dark chocolate and coffee, with rich cherry and firm tannins. Tannins are lingering. Drink now through 2012. 500 cases produced.

Meritage 2006

A blend of 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Petit Verdot. The wine has been aged in French oak for 18 months. The Merlot provides the core fruit with black cherry dominating. The Cabernet Franc rounds out the palate with fresh raspberry notes. The Petit Verdot adds depth, structure, color, and a slight floral character. Gold Medal Monticello Cup 2008. This wine can be enjoyed now, but should prove to be at its best by 2012. 500 cases produced.

Petit Verdot 2007

Strawberry jam and black peppercorn dominate the nose with hints of cherry, violet, and bacon. The mouth is complex with firm, balanced tannins, black currant and spice . The finish is long with notes of cedar and nutmeg. 125 cases produced. Drink now through 2015.

Loreley 'Late Harvest Viognier' 2007

This dessert wine is made in the “ice wine” style. The grapes were picked, frozen, and pressed. The freezing of the grapes concentrates the sugars resulting in a wine with 10% residual sugar but does not taste overly sweet due to the perfect balance of acidity and sugar. Honeydew, peaches, lemon and flowers dominate the nose. There is honey, dried apricot and orange peel on the mouth with toast, slight oak, and a hint of clove on the finish. Pair with cheese or fresh fruit, cheese cake, ice cream, or foie gras. Drink now through 2016. 300 cases produced. 375mL.

Seven 2007
$29.95/bottle
Limited edition. Named for the 7th chukker in polo~like the 19th hole in golf. Made in the traditional Porto style with an American twist. This port wine is fortified with brandy, and was aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for 2 years. This complex wine opens with dried fig, banana, and orange peel on the nose. There is vanilla and nutmeg on the mouth with dark fruits, raspberry and toffee. The finish is balanced, smooth and lingering with just the right amount of sweetness. Great after dinner, with tiramisu, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and dried fruit. Only 150 cases produced. 500mL. 2.8% residual sugar. 18% alcohol.

Barrel Stave Candle Holder

These candle holders are made at the winery from French oak barrels that have been used to age our wines. Place the tea lights in the spaces in the wood, and rest the stave on end to create a striking centerpiece.
