![]() This limited release sparkling wine is a great way to start any meal, toast a celebration, a great gift, or serve with dinner! Made in the traditional methode champenoise style. This blanc de blanc has fine, delicate bubbles. A nose of honey, buttered bread and toasted almonds. The mouth is round and full with flavors of pear, chestnut, brioche, and creamy mousse. The finish is smooth and lingering. Serve with lobster, scallops, salmon, foie gras and caviar. 90 cases produced. | |||

![]() This wine was fermented and aged in French oak barrels for nine months. There is sandalwood, pear, and a hint of lemon grass on the nose. The mouth feel is full and round with chestnut, creme brulee and great overall balance on the finish. Drink now through 2012. 540 cases produced. | |||

![]() Our "Michael Shaps" Viognier is fermented and aged 80% in stainless steel and 20% French oak barrels. The nose exhibits pineapple, grapefruit and flowers. The wine has flavors of pineapple, candied orange and honeysuckle on the mouth with a crisp, dry finish. Perfect with shellfish. Drink now through 2010. 900 cases produced. | |||

![]() Aged in 90% French oak and 10% American oak barrels for nine months, this wine has a nose of strawberry ice cream, cherries and black currant with a hint of violet. The softness on the mouth makes this wine perfect for sipping or pairing with prosciutto, salami or lamb. There is spice, black pepper and well integrated oak on the finish. | Loreley 'Late Harvest Viognier' 2006 | |||
![]() This sweet opulent dessert wine is made by the process known as cryoextraction. The grapes were picked and immediately frozen, then brought back to the winery to be pressed. The freezing and pressing of the grapes concentrates the sugars providing juice with over 41% sugar. The wine was fermented in new French oak barrels, resulting in 13% alcohol and 16% residual sugar. The aromas are filled with dried apricot, cinnamon, and clove. The palate is clean with a heavy, rich and dense back pallate and lingering finish of rhubarb and vanilla. Pair with cheese, fresh fruit, cheesecake or ice cream. 375mL. | |||

![]() Made in the Italian Ripaso style by picking the fruit and then drying the clusters on racks for six weeks. The result is a rich wine with aromas of black cherry and smoke with slight sweetness. A full, round finish with firm tannins to make this a special wine that has great aging potential. 8% residual sugar, 15.1% alcohol, 375mL. | |||
