Made with 100% Petit Manseng, this wine is produced with dried grapes in the traditional vin de paille (“straw wine”) style. It is fermented and aged in both French oak and acacia barrels. On the nose, delicate floral notes are surrounded by aromas of kumquat, pineapple, and a savory smokiness. The full mouthfeel delivers rich flavors of baked apricot to the palate and an uplifting freshness sustains a long finish. Drink now through 2021.
